Nuar, 48 West 27th Street, @nuarnyc
Nuar is NoMad’s newest Thai cafe founded by friends Pepe and Por who are bringing an authentic Thai tea experience to New York City at their latest establishment. “We’re so excited to be in Flatiron & NoMad because it feels like the perfect blend of culture, creativity, and community – just like our tea! We couldn’t think of a better place to introduce New York to Thai tea the way we know and love,” says Pepe and Por. Upon entering Nuar, guests are met by a warm atmosphere that evokes the charm of a Bangkok alleyway in the heart of NYC.
The bright space also features artworks by Thai artists that you can explore while enjoying a signature Thai Tea Latte and small plates. Translating to “deliciously blended,” Nuar’s Thai tea is steeped directly into your choice of milk, creating a layered, flavorful experience without any coffee, premixes, or artificial creamers. Pair your tea with delicious Thai snacks such as Pandan Ice Cream and Kaya Toast. Head to Nuar for your next morning or afternoon pick-me-up and treat! Nuar is open Monday – Friday from 10:30 am – 7 pm and Saturday – Sunday from 10:30 am – 8 pm.
